Written Authorization VS Entry on Sep 07

My sister has TRV til this November. I have applied for Witten Authorization on July/20. But didn't get any response yet. How to contact with IRCC for an update?

Is she able to come without IRCC Authorization Letter if govt. allow International Travellers after September/07?

She can travel after September 7th without the authorization letter as long as she is fully vaccinated using one of the vaccines that is recognized by Canada.

Thanks @scylla . Yes she is fully Pfizer vaccinated and completed 14 days alreday. Just wondering if people getting Authorization now a days OR IRCC just holding off for September 7th approval decision?

I am under a similar case that our request was sent in Aug 11th but hear nothing back yet. Did you get any feedback for your July 20th's application? Thanks!
