Working hours for internationsl student during Fall Break - No classes week

I am working part-time and I am an international master student.
We have a Fall Break - No classes, reading week at university, from Nov 7 to Nov 16. Can I work full time, 40 hours, in that week? Is it legal or not?
I am wondering if you could please clarify that.
