Work permit refused in error

I had applied for work permit (Lmia based) which got refused saying the Lmia document is not attached.
The document was attached but I guess missed by the officer. We raised a web form for reconsideration.
Now it is passed 30 days since we raised a web form and no response for that yet

Does IRCC reopen a file once a decision is made? Do they take reconsideration request if they error was from their end

All you can do is wait to see if they reopen file. Sometimes faster to reapply. Was that only reason for refusal?
