HI,
I am Indian chef and my wife is tandoor chef. We both are working in India from last 7 year and we have good working experience. We have good bank balance .
Our one of friend how is Canadian and she have restaurant in Canada and she will be happy to sponsor with work permit.
Can we both get work permit if we want to go tougher.

You can certainly try. However you will to prove that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term in order to be approved for the work permit.

Note that in order for you to apply for the work permit, your employer will first need to obtain an approved LMIA. To obtain the LMIA, your employer will have to advertise the job for a minimum of one month to prove that no Canadian could be found for the role. The employer will then need to submit the LMIA applications for approval (each application will cost your employer $1K in fees). Processing times for the LMIA application are anywhere from 6 to 20 weeks.
