Work Ex through Employment Agency for CEC

Hi guys,

I was hired by an agency to work for a company as an "assignment employee" Its exactly like an employee-employer relationship. But my paycheck comes through the agency. I will be using the T4 to file my taxes, have vacation pay, etc.
My question is how do I go about getting the experience letter. Would it be from the agency or the company i'm assigned to work at?? Its very confusing, any advise would be much appreciated.

Aslo while creating the express entry profile, should I use the agency or the actual company i work at?

Your agency is the employer and the agency should issue you your employment letter.

If in NOC A, B or 0 then yes. The employment letter must match the NOC.

Hi Naturgrl,
One more question please - while creating my express entry profile, should I enter all my work ex in “work history” section even if I’m currently employed in the same company?

would the “Intended work in Canada” section be blank?
I’m on a work permit and don’t need an LMIA
