Where Can I send PCC

I did not get PCC earlier and was not able to submit with full application.

I got PCC couple of weeks back but not sure where (to whom - CIO or VO) should I send it.
My VO is - New Delhi.

I have following information -

UAC - 8846xxxx
Status - In Process
Detail -
We received your application for permanent residence on July xx, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September xx, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.


Can you please suggest to who & at which address I should send PCC?

You send it to VO. I will suggest perhaps waiting for VO to request for it.
