Yes it does..PAL will state the DLI, the program of study, program start date and end date. PAL also has expiry date which appears to be January 22, 2025 (I believe for 2024-2025 academic year).

No you don’t. When you get admission, the university applies for the PAL from the province on your behalf. Note that most will require you to pay the required tuition deposit before they request for your PAL.

Passport submitted in person at VFS Accra on Feb 21, picked up stamped passport on March 21. Took like 4 weeks in total.

I wouldn’t worry about what tracker is saying when you have a ready for visa email. Passport request is the “golden email” and that is what you send to VFS
