First get licensed through NNAS. Once you complete the NNAS then apply for your provincial license. Best to look at immigration programs like Express Entry rather than a job which will require license and LMIA from employer. The LMIA proves no Canadian could be hired, only you. If you immigrate first then you can move to Canada and then start the licensing processing, and upgrade education/work experience if required.
