I have already contacted the people behind http://disavowal.ca and will recant the monarchist part of the oath after the end of the citizenship ceremony using this instead:
I swear (or affirm)
That I will be faithful
And bear true allegiance
To the Maple Leaf (flag)
A symbol of world peace
And fairness to all Canadians

Sure - you can do that.

IRCC really doesn't care as long as you say the full oath during the ceremony. They don't care about the disavowal and don't record it anywhere.

just move your mouth lips a little bit and shake your vocal cords a little bit. then you are done.
