My auntie lives in canada for 6yrs already. She applied permanent residency last 2012 and until now she's still waiting. Do you have any advice on what to do when its taking so long already? Tnx!

One should get the PR card in mail on the address proved at time of entry to Canada for the landing. Why did she not bother for so long? Did she contact CIC? Maybe the address given was wrong and card was mailed and returned. Check with CIC. No one here can practiaclly help you with this
