Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

Congratulations!! I know how happy you should be feeling after 102 days!!!

I too landed on 10th May at Rainbow bridge...ecas also shows "complete" on PR card window...but didn't get my PR card today...May I ask where are you in Canada?

Landed on July 3rd, still waiting for PR card. hopefully by the end of this month.

Finally I got it...just wondered.. every time I called CIC call center they always told me wait for local cic contact back.... today I don't submit any and haven't got contact back from local cic but get a card today... may be they assume information to us....wishing all friends who waiting the left process will get successful soon. Good luck

You won't be able to use your existing visa from work permit status. That visa becomes invalid when you land. However, there have been posts before in this forum where it was mentioned that you can travel back from US in a non-commercial vehicle (like your car) with your passport and COPR. Senior forum members might be able to verify this for you.

yes, I think we can travel between U.S & Canada on road using CoPR. I am planning to make a trip next month to U.S with my CoPr.

Checked status this morning. It changed to Complete finally..

may be the batch process ran last night.. check urs now, should have changed to complete..

And received our PR ( including for all my wife and two kids) cards today as expected.. we are based out of Toronto

I did call many times. I landed 10-may.
Agents told me i need to send photographs. Neither They requested for photos nor i sent them.
I dont think there was issue with our photograph who landed on 10 may @ rainbow.
How come all who landed on 10 may have photo issue???? They messed up something thats why it took more time than regular.
U should call today i hope u will get good news.

Actually there was no problem with our photos. It was mistake from CIC.
