Yes, as long as you qualify to both, you can apply at the same time. right at the end, once you get the approval of one, you will withdraw the other one.

Hi, just paid my RPRF online and have saved the receipt. Do I need to print it, fill it up, scan it and then send it to CIC or can I just simply send the receipt without filling it up? I do not have a scanner that's why I asked... Thanks, Neo

Not sure about ICT but as long as you have an AOR and your current work permit is expiring within 4 months, for me, it is best to apply the BOWP (open work permit) as it gives you freedom in choosing any employer, except of course for the jobs that are regulated.

Hi, in my opinion, send you work permit application paper base so as to buy you more time. Send it say close to your expiry date. I think paper based work permit application is now 50 days. So once you get the approved LMO, you can send it to them... Hope this helps... Neo
