Delhi CIC doesn't reply back and flight is booked already.

Can we cancel and take a refund if visa gets refused. Jet airways!

It depends what kind of flight you booked. You'll need to look at the conditions on your flight ticket. It's possible it may be non-refundable, it's possible it may be fully refundable and it's possible it may be refundable for a fee. Impossible for any of us to say.

Hi Rahul,

For tickets booked on Jet Airways, you will lose some money as cancellation fees (for refundable tickets). You will NOT get the entire amount back.

The amount refunded will be made to the person in whose name the tickets were issued/or the person who purchased the tickets + will be in the same payment mode as the original payment (credit card, bank account, etc).

It will take about 7 business days for this


If you are feel a TRV will be issued then you may want to re-book these tickets to later dates (for a fee and if the ticket fare conditions allow this)
