Hi,

My in law got a visitor visa for 10 years with multiple entry. The border officer does not stamp the date when her visa expires while she entered Canada (no stamping). Please let me know whether I need to extend her visa.

thanks a lot

No stamp means she was allowed into the country for six month. If you want her to stay longer -you will have to apply for an extension before her visit runs out.

I have mum, its been one and half month in Canada. she has six month visa in multiple entry. Can I apply right now. The reason that if they ask for employer letter I am leaving job soon.
What documents are needed from my mum and myself.

Scylla,

do you know by chance how long does this extension process take?
