Visitor Visa applied ONLINE in the PHILIPPINES. Need help.

My cousin applied for her visitor visa last may 24th.. we received 2 emails already stating that her application was updated. But I can't seem to find the updated one. Checked everything nothing is new. Should I contact the Embassy to inquire or leave it as is and wait for another email again? Thank

Expect a new message by early next week, or even this Friday if you're lucky.

It does the same on our application..My cousin receives updates every other day but no changes online..until she got the message for passport request..i applied online too and i only got the confirmation, no any updates whatsoever..on the 11th day I finally got the passport request! Thanks God..

Thank you guys for the hopeful messages you left. Crossing my fingers to have a new message this Friday or early next week. can you share you're timeline and what is your status? My cousin is single.

This is my parents tourist visa Timeline

May 18 - paid online and got an email notification
May 19 - got an email for application number
May 30 - passport request
May 31 - got an update but no changes on ecas
May 31 - passport handed in vfo office Makati Philippines

Hopefully visa will be sent this week

May 24, 2016 - Application Number
May 25, 2016 - Email received for updates but no updates
May 27, 2016 - Another Email received for updates and same no update

I hope and pray that we will have a positive outcome with the application.
