Yes, we did apply inside canada. We were thinking that they refused the application because it was still early when we submitted the pplication

Usually if you completed YOUR requirements, with the 5 months timeframe the CIC will send you and your employer a letter stating that they need something more. If both of you has completed the required documents, in a week you will receive AOR, then a month after is the medical. In some cases...
