someone told me that i need a sponsorship letter from a lawyer, is anyone aware about it?

No. You aren’t sponsoring your parents. You can write an invitation letter but a lawyer doesn’t need to be involved.

Are you applying for a supervisa if providing your funds. If not, It is your parents that provide/show funds, job etc. Your invitation letter can provide information that you have a job and will take care of some expenses.

Are you applying for a supervisa if providing your funds. If not, It is your parents that provide/show funds, job etc. Your invitation letter can provide information that you have a job and will take care of some expenses.
I am applying for visiting visa and not the super visa.

sorry i have also a question in this topic. i am getting ppr soon. when i reach canada and get my PR card, before going to work and having salary and just with depositing my savings in my bank account, is it possible to send invitation to my parents right away? would they have high chance of getting visitors' visa this way?

You can send an invitation. Your parents show their funds. Can’t tell you their chances because depends on their profile - funds, strong ties to country, travel history etc.
