Hey guys,
I am from South Korea ans currently on Working holiday visa in Ontario.
My visa is expiring in early Oct and I am submitting Common law spouse sponsorship/open work permit next Monday.

It's personal but I will have to visit my country for about a week, when would it be better for me not to be denied to come back?

1. Before my current visa expires(Oct 6th). I have a right to come back because I still have valid time here?

2. Wait til I get at least a open work permit and go quick while waiting for the sponsorship.

Would there be a good possiblity that the border officers at the Pearson airport deny my enter even if either I have a valid time or have submitted common law sponsorship

Any answers would be appteciated.
Thank you
