Hello all,

I was wondering if one has a choice when submitting a TRV application. For example, my parents should be sending theirs to Rome, as that is the office handling our country, however i was wondering if they could choose to just send it off to Poland instead, since the processing time is shorter and they were refused by the Rome office last year, for no reason (they are employed, have savings, and ties to my home country).

Thanks

No - you can't select whichever office you want.

The application must be sent to the visa office responsible for their country.

You can't pick and choose your Vise Offices - or everyone would all send it to the office would the shorter processing time, thus creating a very hectic situation -
