Visa for Mother-In-Law while PR in process

Hi,
I have applied PR for me,my spouse and child
I am in Canada with Work permit. my spouse and child also have visa to Canada but they are currently in India.
I would like to bring my mother-in-law also with my spouse and child when they arrive here. but my concern is how to apply a visa for my mother-in-law.
Can any senior guys help me ? thanks.

The only visa she can apply for at this time is a visitor visa.

This is something she would apply for herself.
