Finally, after 16 months, my husband received COPR just now through registered mail.
I wish all of guys good luck, some of you will need patience, but in the end, it will arrive! Thank God it's over!

Congrats Waikiki wow, same exact day for both of us... my wife and I are going December 26th to the border to get things stamped etc I wish everyone lots of luck with their sponsorships! Even though mine was relatively short when I look at other peoples timelines... I had my fair share of agony during this whole thing! From being told that my app was probably lost and that I'd have to redo it all and send it in, to having papers lost, redo medicals, and other last minute things that weren't caused by anything I did... I'm glad it's over!! If I would have had everything right the first time (not being steered wrong by the call center and having papers lost on me... My app would have been completed by the end of September... cuz they started working on it on Sept 7th (I believe). I'm gonna continue to watch this site and help others where I can... All the best to you all

Exactly 24 hours after they added the "home address" on ecas.

Finally, finally this is coming to an end!

So how long is it going to take until COPR gets here? I'm very excited!

Can anyone tell me how long after decision made do they mail the passport back to us??

Congrats! DM was in ecas in DEC 17th, so 7 days after that. They are goving DM a couple of days before you can see it on ecas, and they mail it right away, so you guys should receive your papers in beginning of January. Wow, what's going on in Vienna, one DM after the other!

ocanadaguy, I will try to do the landing via appointment here in Canada, do you have any idea if it is as fast as normal landing? If not, we will cross the border.
Also ocanadaguy, your wife had to redo meds, so they did not extend that for her? Is Vienna not doing that, because some VO extend the medicals.

Oh, one more question: is there any way to withdraw my visitor visa extension and get my 80 dollars back? Not that it matters too much, but 80 dollars are 80 dollars. I submitted the application 10 days ago and my visitor visa is still good until January 15.

I have the same problem, hubby applied for extension, paid 80$, but I read on cic website you won't get the money back.
