Hey, I am Tamanna singh thakur, I did my graduation from kuk university (one of the leading university in India) with 73%. Then I completed my mba from madurai kamraj university. After that I have total 3 years of experience in HR field in recruitment department. My last company was naukri.com . (no 1 job portal). (From Nov 2012 to feb 2014)
I scored 7 band in ielts exam. Now I m getting married in September 2014 only. And I want to study in a reputated university in Canada. I want to apply for spouse visa, as I will be alone in Canada. So plesee suggest me whether it ll be possible or not?

Saskatchewan is the fastest PNP now, and it has the following terms and conditions:
You may qualify to apply if:
1. You have graduated with a certificate, diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary educational institution in Saskatchewan. The program must have been equivalent to at least one academic year (eight months) of full-time study.
2. You must have worked for at least six months (with minimum 960 hours) of paid employment in Saskatchewan. *Eligible types of work experience in Saskatchewan include on- campus, off-campus, co-op terms, graduate fellowships that can be verified by your institution, and work experience gained on a post-graduate work permit.
3. You have applied for and received a valid post-graduation work permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
4. You have a current, permanent, full-time job offer in your field of study from a Saskatchewan employer in an occupation in the National Occupation Classification (NOC) Matrix level “A”, “B”, “0”; or in a designated trade (Please note: Food and Beverage Servers/Persons must apply under the Hospitality Sector Pilot Project sub-category); or a job offer that is related to your field of study and requires post-secondary education.
5. You have a valid SINP Job Approval Letter.
So, you see literally, if you take up a one year program, you'll be eligible to file the PR as soon as you complete your studies. Here, is the calculation for the number of hours
8 months of studies in one year, you work 20 hours per week: 640 hours
4 months full time in vacations: 640 hours
Total hours: 1280
And, you just require 960 hours.
There's a cap of 400 applications a year and since Saskatchewan is not so popular, the chances of visas are high. Apply for a SPP college, either SIAST or Parkland College.
SIAST is tough to get into and Parkland is easy admission. Based in Yorkton, you will find the jobs easily.

two problems wiith SK
u need a fulltime skilled job which is the bigest problem.
second there is a quota which is difficult. PR is not simple as people make it sound.

My one year visa will be expired on july 2015.
But i would like to transfer to red river college for january 2015 intake.
Should i again apply for study permit? or am i eligible to change to red river with present visa.
if i can transfer the course, how i can complete my one year study at red river due to the remaining six months present visa validity.

I got refused a student visa for Sept 2014 intake due to the following reasons
documentation which lacks authenticity as a part of your application. This has diminished the overall credibility of your submission) other reasons- previous studies,gap in studies,employment,level of establishment,language abilities,or your future prospects and plans.
Since 2009 have been working constantly without any gaps and I left my studies due to some personal reasons which didn't allow my to concentrate on my studies . However now I wish to get back to my studies and in india I am not getting any proper certified specialisation bachelor's travel and tourism here . Canada seems to be the safest option to me that will me to complete my studies and get an international exposure.
My consultant didn't suggest me the right course . She offered me a 8 months foundation course in gbc which was h101 under her guidance I went ahead .
I wish to re apply and make sure that I do every bit to make this file stronger .... what should I do and also will taking up a student loan help my file
And also humber is not offering bachelor's in arts or science it's offereING bachelor's in commerce in travel and hospitality management course number 22081 please help on how should I go about the same
