I had applied for renewal of PR card, which arrived on my old address in spite of alerting and getting confirmation that the address has been updated. My ex landlord is sitting in US and hasn’t replied so far, neither has any action being taken on the 2nd application that I sent in Jan 2022. I have postponed my travel plans thrice already and looking forward to meetin my family whom I haven’t met due to covid travel restrictions. What is the best way to reach and get my PR card?
