"My family and I applied for a visit visa to Canada, but due to a delay in the processing, we realized that we may not receive a response before our intended travel date, which falls during our holidays. Therefore, we decided to visit Europe instead. However, when we applied for visas to Europe, it got refused due to an error in our airline reservation. My question is, do we need to raise a webform to inform the RICC ? Or since it happened after our submission, is it not necessary to do so? If we do raise a webform, how will it affect our family's visa application?"

Raise a webform about refusal before IRCC finds out.

You do not need to notify IRCC since this happened after you applied

Raise a webform about refusal before IRCC finds out.
No. No need to notify. Refusal happened after the application was submitted to Canada.
