URGENT!! Missed to provide medical on time. Please help

Hello, I am on a student visa (expiring on Nov 30,2022). I had applied for my spousal work permit last Nov and he got the medical request on May 16, 2022. However our consultant did not inform us until today (Aug 18, 2022). The timeline to provide the medical is 30 days as written in the Medical Request.

I am not sure what to do now. Can anybody please advice.

I am not sure what to do now. Can anybody please advice.

- Do the medical as soon as possible.
- Send a webform to IRCC. Tell IRCC the medical request was missed, apologize, and let them know you're getting it done now.
- Request a refund from the consultant and then fire him.
- Apply on your own going forward and avoid useless consultants.
