Uploading FBI Report...

It specifies that it should be scanned in colour and uploaded... mine is black and white, am I missing something?

Also should I upload just the actual letter/report (second page) or both the first cover page that has the big logo and name/address info on bottom and the letter?

Mine was only black and white as well.

Mine didn't have a cover page. Simply just the FBI background check in an envelope.
