Hi Guys,

This is for my fried.
Came on visit visa did master and also work three years in Canada. His two sons born (now 1.5 years old) in Canada but due to PGWP expire he went back.

Now,my friend got invitation in express entry but he was able to score 491 when he only selected " unaccompanied spouse and son" in the application. Now when he selected the " unaccompanied spouse and son. He has to give reason.

Can any body suggest what is the best and strong reason.

The best reason is the truth, and unfortunately, "gaming the system" is not really a good reason.

What would his CRS be with them included / accompanying? My best advice would be change them to "accompanying." Chances are very good that he will get another ITA, esp. after changes are implemented on Nov 19.

It makes sense for his two sons to be non-accompanying since it sounds like they are already citizens by virtue of being born in Canada. It doesn't make sense for his wife to be non-accompanying.

I completely agree with your recommendation to flag the spouse as accompanying and turn down the ITA...

This is not right way to get ITA. If you have serious problem, than you may not include your spouse. After getting ITA, you end up declining it, which means your are wasting one invitation.
