UK entry denied, few visa refusal will effect pr inland paper applicant

My UK entry declined while i was on study permit. traveling back to UK. work overtime. two times UK visa refused. one time Ireland. will it effect my pr application. PCC say no trace. Please reply as i am on background checkup process. I also admit all later by LOE to VO with new imm5669.

As long as you declared all refusals in your PR application, it won't be a problem.

yes, i declared everything later with LOE. everything about past because i forgot to mentioned before. Did not read form very well and did everything in hurry.
