Just Few days left to submit the documents

1. I have job duties similar to noc but have a word " to assist and observe " In eaxh listed duty in letter as I was a trainee .Is it acceptable ?

2 My supervisor has given me a reference on plain paper with his personal email and phone.Although he has attached his business card ,it only has his rank,name ,address and company mail landline.
And attached his govt issued engineerung license.

My company doesnt provide offical email Id to supervisors.

Will it be acceptable? Shall I explain this in LOE ?
