I'm a PR in Canada. I applied my mother's TRV application from USA and she stayed there for some time. But with the delay in processing right now, she couldn't stay in USA for long and had to return to home country. The day she went to India is 8 June 2021 and the day we got the Passport request letter on her application is 9 June 2021. She missed the information by a gap of one day only and now she's currently in India.
Can someone please suggest what should be our next step here.
Do I need to update this residence change information in any IRCC web form ? How can it impact the application here , since we need to submit the Passport within 30 days. Considering the VAC centres in India are also closed , so not sure if anything can be done here that will be helpful for the case.
Another way , I could think of is to get her passport speed courier to my brother in USA and submit from the canadian VAC there. Kindly let me know if this is a valid option and if my mother need to be in USA in-person for the passport submission?
