I am not in common law, I have just a boyfriend so I am considered single/never married, I want to extend my visitor status in order to collect these 12 months and apply for CL in the future.

I just did a dummy selection using the 'Come to Canada' tool along the lines of what you're possibly selecting. I got the IMM 5707 this time.

Got it!!

When I changed from passport holder of a visa-exempt country to a TRV-required country, IMM 5707 disappeared. You're right. You're getting the IMM 5707 because you have an EU passport.

You'll need to submit both IMM 5707 and IMM 5708

That one is also impossible to sign… some say to sign it some say NOT TO sign it.

If you're applying online, you do not need to hand sign the form or scan/upload it. Your profile i.e. when you created your online MyCIC account will act as your digital signature. You must simply follow the instructions for signing the online application
