sa clinic kung san ka magpapamedical meron silang ibibigay na ganyang form, kelan ba kyo magpapamedical? agahan nyo pumunta para madaling matapos.

dami talaga forms na ifillup meron yung iba back to back mabilis lang sa nationwide 7am nakapila na kami 8am sila nagoopen first come first serve, kami rin yung unang namedical sa batch namin meron kasi yung iba repeat test by 8:50 am tapz na kami, maganda pa dun kasi organized...

hi i just wanted to asked some questions abt the medical and the application...im done w/ the medical at nationwide last oct.28,2010 and they said that theyve sent my med results to the embassy last nov.18,2010..my questions are..whats the timeline before you get a reply from the embassy requesting abt the next step?and is there a possibilty that my application will be denied?...thank you so much for any response....

No need for fasting. make sure lang the monthly dalaw was finished a week or more ago for females who'll have the medical exam or else you'll end up going back. ;D

hay... my eldest is currently on her last day... my youngest just finished her period last sunday... next week i'll have mine...hahaha

FYI lang po, pag meron period di pwede mag urine test and u need to come back, after the period u need to count 7 days bago ka mag urine test para sure daw na clear. Kami ng wife ko pabalik balik kami because of that.

Nunng una kasi di nila sinabi na 7 days after the period pala dapat. Ang sabi lang kasi dapat after the period, so after 3 days kami bumalik kasi last day nga nung pumunta kami.

Galing na kami don kahapon. nagbilang naman sila since the last day of mens. kaya yong eldest ko lang di na urinalysis. may required medical report pa ako kaya di pa din kami fully completed talaga.

Nationwide in Makati is open from Monday-Friday 8:00-3:00pm ; and SATURDAY 8:00-12:NN

Nagpa meds kami last Dec 1 sa Nationwide. Eto kwento ko nangyari.

To save time:
1. Magdala ng madaming ballpen
2. Dalhin lahat ng medical certs kung applicable, previous xray kung me previous case ng PTB or exposure sa PTB
3. Kung nagkaperiod ka ( female ) make sure na pumunta ka after 7 days ng iyong last day
4. Mag pa picture na sa labas, 4x passport size lang kelangan, meron naman sa 4th floor kaso hintayin mo pa.
5. Hawakan ang inyong passport at yung ibibigay na checklist sa step 3 at all time

Eto step-by-step

1. Punta sa counter kuha ng forms
2. Fill up ng sangkatutak na forms at ipaste ang mga pictures, i sign na rin ang pictures
3. Punta sa table 2 para ma assess ang forms, bibigyan ka ng ID at checklist
4. Hintayin tawagin para magbayad
P4,000 15-above
P2,000 11-14yrs old
P1,750 11 below
5. Eye checkup, weight, height
6. Interview ng doc, undress para ma checkup ( CPE )
7. Xray
8. Urine at Blood
9. Tatawagin ka sa table 3 kung ok na tapos uwi ka na
10. Bigay ang checklist at id sa lobby

Medyo mahirap pala hanapin ang building kasi nakatakip ang bldg number. Hanapin nyo na lang slimmers world, tabi lang non.
