Hello guys, my score just cleared for the ITA in this round and I should be expecting one. Am I expecting an email or something on my job bank account? If it is on the job bank account, where should I be looking to take the next step?

I think you should receive ITA. Me too waiting eagerly.

I have a question,
I started putting documents in place much in advance so I have more or less everything in place.
My concern is one of my employers has shown my last working days as 18th October'10 in their records and a the next one has shown 18th october'10 as joining date. I do know that the latter one is true but about the former one I am a bit unsure as I was there at that place for not more than a month and don't have any written documentation to prove otherwise. I debated the same with them, that it can't be true but they are inclined towards following their records. Now the letter of employment also has this date overlap.
Please advise what to do? Will it be an issue during background check?

how do they verify from employer by calling or by email???

depends on them, some people say their supervisors/HRs have received calls some say they have received emails and sometimes they don't call/email at all
