No i haven't got my passports back.God knows where it got stuck.
I hope I get the visa soon,but its gonna take the time its gonna take.

You don't worry they will be sending your medicals soon. they do take a while to send it to embassy.All we can do right now is just WAIT.

Hey Guys Any updates from anybody? Manpreet Hope you got your passport with magis page.....

Please update anybody about process time after Re Medical done as my remedical request was sent by CHC New Delhi on 4TH August, 2011 and the same medical was done on 13th October, 2011 So I Just want to know the process time post this medical reports received by CHC New Delhi as my Re Medical Report was normal as per panel doctor as where i had under gone for medical.

Please update about this if any one can know about such case.

No i am still waiting to get my passports back. its still "In process". God knows when it will get change to Decision Made.

Hope Fully you will get change your ecas status to DM

My heart is saying that you vl get this done in system by today itself for sure as your medical received status updated so it will be updated in ten days time from medical received status update date.

Is there anybody who can help me in my case as I was undergone for medical on 4th July 2011 bt they had issued remedical letter on 4th August, 2011 and the same was done on 13th October, 2011 at Mumbai and as per panel doctor where i was undergone for medical said that my medical report is normal and it okey there is no issue, so i just know the time line after remedical done

please anyone can help me for such case timeline.

Thanku so much for the lovely concern.i also hope that it gets changed to decision made soon.well, i need to know when was your last date of submission the remedicals ? beacuse as far as i know they do not touch the file unless the deadline dates comes in case they request additional documents.

Remedical was done on 13th October, 2011 and the was sent by Hospital to CANADA Embasy on 17th October, 2011 at CHC New Delhi and as per CHC New Delhi letter for Re medical my last date of submition of remedical papers was 29th November, 2011.

As per your last mail they will not touch till file till 29th November, 2011.. is it true.... ?

Medical Done on: 4th July, 2011

Passport Sent on: 5th July, 2011

Remedical Issued on: 4th August, 2011

Remedical Done on: 13th October, 2011 (Last date of Submision of Remedical was 29th November, 2011)

RPRF Fees DD got cleared in June, 2011 does it mean that my case is clear for Visa Issuance subject to Remedical Reports Results.????

Adit, it all depend upon the visa officer with whom your file has been assigned i guess.. it depends how busy that officer is if he/she gets time in between your deadline date they will surely pick your file and look at that otherwise, when they puts a date on your file after requesting add docs they set a date at which they will be surely opening your file. so if it happens bfore 29 you are lucky guy if its not, then surely its gonna be on 29. Also, DD encashment i personally think has nothing to do with your processing status as there is a limit of a draft to get cashed other wise after a time its not valid. depends upon bank to bank.

what kind of mail you actually got regarding your marriage authencity ? was it a email or a post mail you got. what kind of information they asked from you ??

The sent me an Email on 10th November, 2011 and stated there to fillup marriage questionner and attached ring ceremony and marriage and honeymoon photograph with the same and send it to the CHC New Delhi before 30th December 2011.

I had already sent this all photographs along with duly filled marriage questionner of both me and my spouse and they wil receive the same latest by today or by monday morning at their place.

As per my consultant i will received my passport back with Magic Stamp Visa after 15 to 20 days from the date of they received my this documents so i just wanted to confirm that is it right that i am almost finalised for the visa and should i expect the same latest by this month end or first week of next month?

Please give your feelback for the same and what about your current status as my was added Medical Results has been received on last friday so is there any change in your status ..... pls give me revert with your feedback and your status..
