do we have average time period taken to get medical from CVO after transfer of application, why I am asking this is because our tracking sheet doesnt have dates when application got transfered to colombo for people who recieved their medicals from CVO.

Rashpalji its really big time. We are waiting for this for so long and when you come such closer after submitting PP, its hard to wait now....

I don't know what will happen to our job, rent house, car and children studies in Canada? My friends applied in Ottawa got pr in 5 months. Passports stamping in 1 month time.

Actually personal interviews are on case to case basis. so its hard to determine, whether there will be any interview. I believe for your case there should be not be any interview.

Really difficult to imagine that it will take 3-4 months time. For eg., my DD is encashed on 18th, Medical is received by 24th Dec. What else they will do for 3 months to give the visa?? Really surprising if they will take 3 months. I too felt at the most they should give visas by Jan end.

Anyway, NDVO working style cant be predicted as everyone knows.... Really praying to God that we get visas by Jan end at max....

Also, I was seeing the spreadsheet. I see that all lines in YELLOW are from CVO. Only one person from NDVO has got the visa so far. That makes me feel people whose files have been transferred to CVO are actually more lucky that NDVO folks, coz' it seems CVO is faster.... is this right??

Dear. Seniors,

I have a question to ask from all the seniors of this forum.
1 is it compulsory to attested all the documents.
2 can we put all the additional documents in a single envelope or use different envelopes. I.e. One for education and second for employment and third for funds proof.
3 what is C A certificate and is it also compulsory to send.
4 for settlement proof can we give photocopy of bank passbook or some kind of letter from Bank.

As I have mentioned earlier, the additional documents along with the RPRF is fee is send to the respective visa offices on 24th-December-13. Addtional documents where supposed to go to Colombo VFO and RPRF DD was to NVDO. However, as per VFS procedure, entire set of documents where send to NVDO office. as per them, the additional docs will be send across to CVO by NVDO. I am little confused over here. How do I make sure that the additional docs had reached at CVO. 15th of Jan is supposed to be the last date for these docs to reach CVO. I am not sure whether I should send another set of docs. Please advise..............

I think send doc directly to cvo by courier and rprf to ndvo seperately

RPRF DD is already received at NVDO. Did u meant to say, I should sent another set of docs to CVO. Incase, if they received my earlier docs, this is gng to be a duplicate set.

Did u sent original or notarised copy
I think u have to send notarised copy to them so send one set immediately or u can mail them and ask directly also and do as they advise u
