It's working for NDVO today i.e on Monday...Next holiday is on 25 and 26th Dec'2013.
As per timelines and trend,Hopefully we get some updates with in this week.

Pray to god that we all shall get updates max . within this month coz dec and jan are generally idle months with almost no updates.

i too got my 2nd aor on 25 of june and haven't got my mr do far. I Suggest you don't wait for it and leave everything on god.As there is hardly anything we can do about it.

I try to divert my mind from that on my work but u know mind divert very fastly.oh god help us.

I did my medicals and submitted RPRF AND PASSPORT today. hopefully will be delivered by tomorrow?

We need to travel to India for Medicals and Passport Stamping?

Medicals - you can do anywhere at the DMC, but passports you need to send to NDVO in India. For that, you have to be in India (ideally). Although, some people take risks of sending it via courier, but its risky as its illegal. Ideal situation is be in India and send it when you are in India.

The first MR in our forum was of ballutaran ie In mid sep. I was expecting that we all waiting members shall get MR by maximum OCT end .

There are updates but not on the pace we all expected .

Let's see what is the god decision for all of us today .. GOD G please shower ur blessings with positive updates in every ones basket of waiting.

I had even heard that after strike they will take some contract workers and clear the backlog asap and try to catch up. If this is the way they will process, then I dont know what to say...... i have been seeing some of my other friends who have applied Australian PR. They all got in 7 months flat.. (ofcourse may be the rush is less there compared to Canada)....

Each day, when i get up... i will be thinking "is today that day....?" but the answer so far has been "No"

my status is still "application received".I saw in some post saying medical request will happen in another 4 to 5 days after status changed to inprocess.is that correct.So I cannot expect this week as well?

How much time we get for medical and passport stamping after request? We need to pay fees by dd in inr?
