Hi dolly, U have two options: First is to wait until next year quota opens or As u said, u got promoted as supervisor, your job fall under noc B ... So if ur wage is more than 15$ per hour ... Ask ur employer to apply for a job approval letter for supervisor and then u can apply in skilled...
