Hi members,just to let everyone know,I landed in Canada.just 30mints ago.it was a smooth process with immigration.less than 10mints but I missed my flight so I had to wait on a standby.was lucky I got a seat and now am home.

Advise,please those who have pro.make sure you leave more time in the connection.it's very important.

Please do anyone have any idea how long it takes to receive a PR card in the mail after landing in Canada? I think it takes 3 months. My husband got his after 3 months.

Hi,

Its nice to have found this page! I applied for a study permit in accra and wanted to ask, how long does it take for one to find out if they need to attend an interview after you send in your application. My initial page after application says I do not need an interview but they will contact me if that changes....is that a sign that i may not need an interview or that is how the application appears initially before they book an interview date for you? my other question is i took my medicals upfront like a week before i applied but under medicals, my application page just says I dont need medicals but it doesnt say whether I passed the medicals or not. the clinic said it takes 3 days for the results to be available to the embassy so shouldn't it have shown up by now?

Nobody can predict how long it will take before interview except CIC bro..

Just be checking your mail/email and get yourself ready too incase the called you...

Some people experience the same situations like that of your medical, if they need something from you they will contact you..

I will also advice you to check for students application forum, as this forum base family sponsorship ..


We might not offer you all the need answers you need here..so also check for study permit applicant's forum..

P.s. does anyone in toronto know how much the yellow fever injection costs?

When I got my vaccination about 2-3 years ago, it was $130. But I'm not sure if other clinics charge more/less.
