Please can you advise on the below. I was refused visa in the past but I didn't indicate I was refused on the 5669e form I sent to CIC because I didn't see it

The visa office in my home country sent me MR without an updated form. Should I now indicate it by sending them an updated form that I was refused before?

Once they notice the mistake, they will accuse you of misrepresentation and most likely reject your visa. I would send an updated form now, with an explanation that you made a mistake, that you did not notice ..., and explaining the circumstances of your previous refused visa. If you correct the information before they make a decision, they should not accuse you of misrepresentation. But you have to explain.

Just to let you know my wife landed on June 20th at Ottawa Airport. I was with her as I went to Ghana for 2 weeks and we came back together. It was all smooth and the process took 15 mins.

CIC Mississauga received our application January 7th and was transfered to Accra March 23.

GCMS notes ordered in March 2015 for physical file and received reply in June 2015 stating "do not release case analyst text notes to ATIP" "File is on hold!!!!" No one to talk to or ask questions. Waiting patiently........ :-X
