THOSE WHO GOT DECISION MADE PLEASE ANSWER THIS

Anyone face DM after getting processing date. i have processing date of 15th Feb 2012 and after almost 3 months of processing date my status changed to decision made on 8th may 2012. I am from Pakistan and MY VO is London. Two more applicants got DM status after 3 months of processing date, whereas we all were expecting Medicals/ Updates. The similarity among our cases / timeline is that,

we all submitted complete documents to CHC in January and February 2010
We all got processing dates on 10,14,15th Feb 2012
We all have NOC 1111
We all got DM status on 8th May 2012
Our VO also might be the same

Senior and experienced forum members please through some light on it. I am so much upset and confused as well. I have not seen such case before like this where decision Made came after such a long time.

After DM status, herat is just bleeding, but this is life and have to go on....although its total unfair by LVO to reject applicants on lame excuses....

I just have couple of questions:

1. Which Courier Service is being used by London VO for returning the Documents in Abu Dhabi / Dubai?
2. Will they return the whole package or only the originals?
3. Will they return my experience letters (employer reference letters) as I sent them the originals and I had only 1 copy. It will be hell to get a new copy from all my employers again?

Please advise.

I would like to follow up what does this decision made without medical means? I received this notice from my E-CAS last March 8,2012. I send specific inquiry to the London's office. Until now there has been no reply or update. I am worried if this is a negative sign for my application.
