Yes, BC Guy is correct, in addition to that, you should have a valid residency status in UAE, which will be part of their requirements.

ah ok thanks bcguy for your insight.i really appreciate all your answer.
now my next question is.i have been denied for a supervisor level last oct of this year but the employer is still interested to hire me for whatever position in his company,i am a supervisor for only 6 months thats why my application was denied.now the employer had sent me another job offer to work at Wendys as Crew and promise me to send the LMO in the next couple of weeks.now if i will apply for twp for crew will it affect the result because i already have a first denial from the embassy?thnx

Yes to apply from Dubai ensure that you have atleast 90 days left on the visa and in addition to that you must have had residency for atleast a year.

As regards to change of job title. There is no harm in trying if your sponsor is willing to to try as it seems they desperately need your service.

Land titles are now being in consideration by the embassy, do not hesitate to include it's a plus factor in regards with ties.

so what do u think what are the proof or documents that we can include in our application to show our ties to our country?coz it seems a lot of people are getting refusal because of this reason...me too got this type of refusal letter and now i dont know if our assets and properties are good enough to satisfy the visa officer.thnx.
