We are looking into getting supervis for my in-laws. they already have visitor visa which is still valid for 7 yeras, but they do want to stay longer for more than year, so we were thinking of applying forsupervisa.
can we still apply, even if they have visitor visa?

so I was helping them apply through gc key
and after goign through all the questionnair it says they are eligiable for visitor visa form outside country and than gives me the whole application list
i do not see any where the word supervisa
how do i know if i m applying for visitor visa or super visa..

you apply for a visitor visa and ask for a stay over 6 months. IRCC decides whether you get a supervisa.
