Supervisa application Refused

Hi

My parents applied for supervisa from India and as per my knowledge they have include every documents except medical insurance.

And the letter they received is saying that we did not submit the all documents and that's why they rejected file.
So, they are not clearly saying that which documents missing. I am working on getting medical insurance too.

And one more thing, In the invitation letter I just mention that they wanna see my first child and their first grandchild. Is that fine or they need something more solid to visit me in Canada? Do i need to include birth certificate for my child too. And do I need bank statement too and If yes, how much balance should I have too show?

What should I do now?

You were guaranteed a refusal since you did not include medical insurance. You should have waited until you had medical insurance before submitting the application.

No one here can tell you if the application will be approved or refused - however you definitely need to include the proof of medical insurance if you want the application approved. The rest is up to the visa officer reviewing your file.

My in-laws (to-be) are done with medical already for super-visa from Bangladesh. What is the current wait time between medical and passport request? And what are the chances of rejection?

My parents wants to come to Canada. But I do not have enough funds to apply for their super visa. Is it Ok if i apply for their tourist visa? Will the officer ask why you are not applying super visa?

Yes - it's fine if they apply for a regular visitor visa.
