Suggested certifications to land a good banking job

I have 3 yrs of retail banking experience & another 4 yrs of NBFC experience in India. I am looking for some certifications that will help me land a good paying job in Toronto. Any certifications that will help me get one while I wait for my Visa to come through. I have applied for the PR & received my invite on dec 4th.

You can look into taking the Canadian Securities Course (CSC). You won't be able to take this course until you are in Canada. It certainly won't guarantee a job (no certification will) - but it's a good course to have. The CSC is a fairly easy and short course.

Hi, I want to get a good idea about the banking job market in Ontario and Quebec with more detailed city wise information. any help? I got this iddea from a friend that the market in this field is Ab is way better, which turned out to be not correct ( unless you have some body to bring your resume in there!). Also any advices regarding how to get through the stack in Ab?
