Study Permit for 2nd Masters

Iv'e got 3 yrs BBA 2 yrs MBA and 2 yrs MA economics and I tried for a research program in memorial university but got rejected so now i am applying for an MPA.

I am 27 and I opt of 4 yrs Phd in operations and information management in memorial university, and they rejected me on the grounds that my experience is not enough.
I've got 3 YRS of work experience from an MNC in Sales and Marketing Sector and I am still working for the same company, my experience involves in marketing research and sales planning and my majors are in marketing and economics and there's no gap in my studies.
I just don't understand the reason myself, they have no objection in my studies but my work experience is not enough for them.
Also their process is so lengthy, it wasted almost 7 to 8 months of my time so much hassle and no results in the end. :'(

Well getting into Master/Doctoral program is extremely hard! It's very hard to satisfy admission officers without having a beautiful mind or being an Asian

Getting enroll in the Phd level study is not very easy in any country whether you are in your home country until and unless you have a good experience in a uni/research organization

Try to get admission in Msc by research if you wish to do or there is a second option which all the students do i.e. Msc in your relevant field so that you can transfer from there on to Phd degree level and it is the easiest way in pursuing Phd.

I have done M.Engg(Electronic) from NED Uni. Khi. Pak. Now I have applied for Master of Engg.(Electronic Systems). Suppose I have got acceptance letter. Will VO grant me study permit or will refuse my application due to study mismatch because I am applying for 2nd masters :S

I have got LOA for my third masters and applied for visa so don't worry.......getting admission directly in Phd is difficult so master's is the option.......
