Is it a must to have Source of income to apply study visa ?

If yes, how much monthly income need to have

I am going for a Graduate certificate course.

Duration - One year.
Location - Toronto .
Tuition fee 14,000. ( going to pay full fee )

You must show a total bank balance of at least $27K - or $13K if you have already paid the full $14K in tuition fees.
