Student visa from pakistan

I want to apply my brother's student visa from Pakistan. He is 31 yrs old
Doing last semester of his MBA,is married and have 2 kids.
Can someone guide me what should we do to avoid rejection?
Shouldd we hire a consultant??
Any help.is appreciated.

Why can’t he apply? If doing a MBA now then he needs to select a program that builds on education (another Masters) and work experience (show completing a Canadian program will give him higher paying jobs and better job opportunities after paying tens of thousands of dollars). What better job can he get after taking another program after a MBA.
