STEM draw prediction in 2024

Hello, Please share if you know / have any idea when the next STEM draw may occur. Can we consider it is going to be same as last year (6 months frequency). My IELTS is expiring in 5 days. Is it good to take it in a month so that I will have enough time for the preparation or is it better to hurry up and give it a try before it expires? Please share your inputs.
