Hi Team,

My Aunty just got his passport today with Visitor Visa with 7 Year Validity (as Passport Validity) Multiple Visa,
Aunty's Real son is there in Vancouver and Aunty would be going there to take care of his new born baby.
Can she stay there for 5 months? Please confirm.

Unless otherwise indicated at the Port of Entry by CBSA, the default visit period maximum of 6 months applies.
HOWEVER, looking after someone else's child might be considered illegal work (even if not paid), as this could be considered as taking a job that a Canadian could be paid for. Canada is very strict about the definition of "work"... She will probably be OK with it but it's something to be aware about.

Yes - IRCC classifies that as working.

How long she is allowed into Canada will be up to the IRCC officer she encounters at the boarder. She should avoid saying that she is there to take care of her son's child.
