Statutory questions - previous application refused

My GCMS notes shows review required under my statutory question "have you been refused VISA befire for any other country"
I answered yes to this because I was refused B1/B2 US visa in 2017.

Do I bother about this review required?

I am 20 November Aor FSW India.review by program assistant at R10 stagefor a prior visa refusal. No eligibility assessment in notes after 4 months.
When called today 5 months , said background verification in progress but still no eligibility done.
Is it possible?
Shall I order notes again as one month left now.
So criminality will be done first and then eligibility. Info sharing is completed.
Please advise and hope u have received ppr by this time.

You can wait for a month, you must get visa request in an email. Happened to me as well. Just one message in my profile in 6 months and then straight up request for Passport submission for Visa' stamping. So wait for another month to hear the news. Good luck!!

Hello Guys,

If there is a RR in stationary questions due to previous visa refusal, Does that mean it will take a long time to get PPR email?
